How long will my display last? Natural materials are perishable, and lifespan depends on weather, sun, pests, and wildlife, so we don't guarantee a specific length of time.
What happens if it snows or hard-freezes? For safety, we may reschedule an install or removal; your materials stay reserved for you. Weather Guard helps with light frost and short cold snaps only — it is not a freshness guarantee. Weather Guard is included at The Estate tier and available as an add-on on the other packages.
My HOA restricts exterior decor — what do I need to do? Please confirm approval before booking and share any guidelines with us. You're responsible for HOA or municipal rules we weren't told about.
Do you remove the display? Only if you add it. Season removal is an optional add-on on every package, priced by package tier, and runs the week after Halloween through the week after Thanksgiving. Without it, the display is yours to take down whenever you like. Commercial & Community displays include removal in their quote. We don't haul away carved, cut, painted, rotting, pest-infested, or customer-provided materials unless arranged in advance.
Is professional styling included? Professional design layout is included at The Estate tier. On The Welcome, The Classic, and The Manor it's an add-on, priced by package — without it, materials are delivered and placed rather than hand-arranged.
What add-ons can I choose? Professional design layout, a jumbo statement pumpkin, premium mums, extra corn stalks, an extra straw bale, Weather Guard frost protection, and season removal.
Will my display look exactly like the photos? Photos on our site are representative, not exact. Because every display is styled individually with natural materials, exact sizes, shapes, colors, and counts will vary.
Do I need to be home for installation? No — as long as we have safe, clear access to your porch or entry area, including any gate codes or entry instructions.
How do payments work? A 50% deposit reserves your date and materials at checkout; the balance is due the day before your install. Applicable state and local sales tax applies to the materials portion of your order.
What areas do you serve? The Denver metro, the Omaha–Lincoln metro including Council Bluffs, and the Phoenix–Scottsdale valley. Enter your ZIP at checkout to confirm you're within our service area.
When will my display be installed? Install windows run from late September through the end of October and vary by metro — see your metro's page for its exact window.
