Fill in who it's from, who it's to, their delivery ZIP, and a message if you want one. Then choose how it arrives: email, which goes to their inbox the same day with a printable version attached, or print-at-home, for when the handing-over is the point.
The printed card carries the package level you chose, your message, and the issued value.
